Not satisfied with the customer service

I had initially requested for a name to be embroidered on the scrubs, but I received them without it. I then requested an exchange. While I was facilitated, the overall process took much longer than promised. The delivery was delayed, and the scrubs were sent back and forth, which further added to the delay. Additionally, the delivery charges were not covered the second time, even though I had requested a reimbursement. Despite following up, the amount still hasn’t been transferred.
