Our scrubs are made to order for individual customers so we have a no return and no exchange policy.
Items once purchased, cannot be returned/exchanged unless found to be of defective quality. To be eligible, please make sure that the product is unused, unworn and in its original packing. Any complaint or issue will only be entertained if the initial complaint is lodged within 7 days of the customer receiving the order.
In case of an item missed in shipping the company will refund the full amount for that item. In case of a fault that is not fixable, the company will refund the amount for that item.
