Returns & Exchanges

At Dr. Stitches, every scrub set is made to order and tailored specifically for each customer. As a result, we do not offer returns or exchanges on products once they have been purchased.

However, customer satisfaction remains our priority. If you receive an item that is defective or has a manufacturing fault, we will gladly review your case.

To be eligible for a claim:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • Any issue must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Clear photos and details of the issue may be required for assessment.

Missing Items

In the unlikely event that an item is missing from your shipment, we will issue a full refund for the missing item.

Defective Items

If a product is found to have a manufacturing defect that cannot be repaired or resolved, we will provide a refund for the affected item.
