Poor Quality

I’ve ordered from DS multiple times and have generally been satisfied. However, this time I’m very disappointed—the quality of the items is poor, and the order was missing the surgical cap. I’ve reached out via email and Instagram but haven’t received any response. Unfortunately, this is the second time I’ve experienced poor customer service from your team.
